"There is no destination in Free Walking Meditation, only exploration of your inner landscape. You are walking freely in the woods, not trying to go anywhere or do anything. You're just moving and breathing and smelling and hearing and letting the woods call to you. Perhaps you see a slight trail or a contour in the land that beckons. Follow it. You see a softness in the forest floor. Take off your shoes and walk on it. Sit down and close your eyes. Try moving very slowly, taking your time. But if you feel like running, run! Do whatever the forest urges you to do."

Hey I liked your todays post. It was very good. I felt like taking on my running shoes and go for run(But its midnight in India) . It's been a pretty long time since I've done something of that sort but will go for morning run for sure. Your blogs are simple yet they speak millions of thoughts.
Way to go :)
Hello Aby. It's good to hear from you again.
Midnight in India. It's 5:10 in the afternoon here, rainy and somewhat cool.
I hope you get to go for a run. Or just sit in the grass and wiggle your toes.
Millions of thoughts, wow. Thank you for reading!!

Redbuds do have incredible Dr Zeuss fuchia flowers. But if you look before they bloom, their bud scales are a wonderful deep red. The open flowers are delicious over scrambled eggs, or on a spring salad. Definitely eye candy spring communion. Enjoy!
Hello anonymous.
You caught me! I wondered if anyone would comment as you have.
Yes, indeed the buds are a deep red, so calling them redbud is entirely correct. I was just having some fun and wanted to write about how wonderfully fuchsia the flowers are.
Candidly, I have never eaten the flowers. I must try them.
Thanks you for visiting.
